Terms





  1. Please feel free to try on the tees but take care to not get them dirty or transfer any strong smells onto them while doing so. We will be unable to process your refund/exchange in such cases and the returned tees will be discarded.

  2. Return pickup is available in most locations but is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of a reverse shipment service in your location.

  3. If we are unable to arrange a pickup, we'll reach out to you over email and request you to ship the package yourself. In this case, the responsibility of the package reaching us safely lies with you.

  4. Reverse shipment can be slow and it may take up to 2 weeks (but usually much less) for your package to reach us. Although we follow up with the courier to have it reach us sooner, this is something that we, unfortunately, do not have much control over.

  5. We hand-check every single tee that we send out, but in the unlikely event of a defect or a quality issue, we request you to share pictures of the same and return the tees to us. We will be unable to process your refund/exchange without this.

  6. If the tees are returned due to a defect or a quality issue but the issue is not found during our inspection, we will be unable to process your refund/exchange and the tees will be discarded.

  7. Washing instructions are mentioned on a label attached on the inside of the tees and all orders carry with them a detergent advisory card. Please follow these. We will be unable to process your refund/exchange in case the tees are damaged due to improper washing.

  8. We will be unable to return/exchange your order more than once.

  9. We do not refund courier charges for return shipments.

  10. In case of suspicious transactions or if we find an error in your order, e.g. inconsistent sizes, incomplete address, or incorrect mobile number, we'll make every possible attempt to contact you to correct the error. But if we do not hear back from you within 7 days of us first contacting you, we'll have to, unfortunately, cancel your order. In this situation, we'll deduct 10% of the total order value and refund you the balance amount.

  11. If a confirmed order is undelivered and returned to us due to incorrect address or contact details, you have two options. First, if you'd like us to resend the order to you, we'll deduct Rs. 200 from the total order value and issue store credit for the balance amount, which you can use to place the order again. Or, second, if you don't want us to resend the order to you, we'll deduct Rs. 200 plus 10% of the total order value and refund you the balance amount.
